Ingredients 食材

  • 300g Minced pork 豬絞肉
  • 2-3 Century Egg 皮蛋
  • 1 chopped green onion 蔥花
  • 2-3 cloves garlic 蒜頭切末
  • Seasoning 調味料:
    • soy sauce 醬油
    • cooking wine 米酒
    • sugar 糖
    • white pepper powder 胡椒粉
    • cornstarch 太白粉
    • sesame oil 香油

Instructions 作法

  1. Prepare the minced meat: add all the seasonings to the minced pork. Stir in one direction until it becomes sticky.
  2. Add preserved (century) eggs: Peel the preserved eggs, cut into small pieces, add to the minced meat and mix gently.
  3. Prepare to steam: Place the mixed meat filling into a steaming bowl or plate and smooth the surface with a spoon.
  4. Steaming: Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat patties are cooked through.
  5. Plating: After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
