- 300g Minced pork 豬絞肉
- 2-3 Century Egg 皮蛋
- 1 chopped green onion 蔥花
- 2-3 cloves garlic 蒜頭切末
- Seasoning 調味料:
- soy sauce 醬油
- cooking wine 米酒
- sugar 糖
- white pepper powder 胡椒粉
- cornstarch 太白粉
- sesame oil 香油
Instructions 作法
- Prepare the minced meat: add all the seasonings to the minced pork. Stir in one direction until it becomes sticky.
- Add preserved (century) eggs: Peel the preserved eggs, cut into small pieces, add to the minced meat and mix gently.
- Prepare to steam: Place the mixed meat filling into a steaming bowl or plate and smooth the surface with a spoon.
- Steaming: Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat patties are cooked through.
- Plating: After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- 準備肉餡: 豬絞肉加入所有的調味料,朝一個方向攪拌至有黏性。
- 加入皮蛋: 皮蛋去殼後切成小塊,加入肉餡中輕輕拌勻。
- 蒸煮: 將拌好的肉餡放入蒸碗或盤中,用湯匙抹平表面。
