Instructions
- Prepare the minced meat: add all the seasonings to the minced pork. Stir in one direction until it becomes sticky.
- Add preserved (century) eggs: Peel the preserved eggs, cut into small pieces, add to the minced meat and mix gently.
- Prepare to steam: Place the mixed meat filling into a steaming bowl or plate and smooth the surface with a spoon.
- Steaming: Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat patties are cooked through.
- Plating: After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
