  • 2 potatoes 馬鈴薯 (土豆)
  • Some red peppers and green peppers 紅椒及青椒
  • 2 scallions 蔥
  • Few garlic 蒜

  • Hot peppers (optional) 辣椒
  • White sesame 白芝麻
  • Oil 油
  • soy sauce 生抽醬油
  • white vinegar 白醋
  • chicken essence 雞精
  • sugar 糖

Instructions 作法

  1. Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly, and then cut them into thin strips.
  2. Place the shredded potatoes in a bowl and add enough water to cover them. Then add the white vinegar and stir with your hands to prevent oxidation and blackening. Set aside and soak for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the red and green peppers into strips to increase color and taste, then place them on a plate.
  4. Cut scallions into small pieces, then place them on a plate
  5. Chop the garlic into minced garlic, then place them on a plate
  6. Stir the potato shreds again and change the water several times until the water becomes clear.
  7. Drain the potatoes and place on another plate
  8. Take a pot, add water to the pot. When the water boils, put the potato shreds into the pot and blanch them. Add 1 spoon of salt into the pot. Then add the red and green peppers into the pot and blanch them together for about 30-40 seconds.
  9. Then remove the potatoes, red peppers and green peppers from the pot. Cool them in cold water for a few seconds. Then take them out and place on a plate.
  10. Add chopped green onion and minced garlic
  11. Add raw chili and white sesame seeds
  12. Heat 1 spoon of oil and pour it into the mixture
  13. Add 1 spoon of soy sauce
  14. Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  15. Add 1 spoon of salt
  16. Add 1 scoop of chicken essence
  17. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar

  9. 然後撈出馬鈴薯、紅椒及青椒絲。放入冷水中數秒過涼。然後撈出放入盤中。
  10. 加入蔥花及蒜末
  11. 加入生辣椒及白芝麻
  12. 將 1 杓油熱了,澆進混合物中
  13. 加入 1 杓生抽醬油
  14. 加入 1 杓白醋
  15. 加入 1 杓鹽
  16. 加入 1 杓雞精
  17. 加入 1 杓糖
  18. 將混合物充分拌勻,即可上桌享用
