Words of the Day: 2020.06.26 Restart

(This post was published on my old blog on June 26, 2020. I make some revisions.)

Whether it was the pandemic news in 2020 or the headlines today in 2025, it always leaves me feeling rattled. I remember one day when I was out for a walk, I felt as if I heard a voice saying to me, "Live in this moment!" "Without fear." "Make each day count." In times like these—during the pandemic, or in the face of wildfires, natural disasters, and wars—it's important to stay cautious and follow health guidelines in pandemic, but also to remain calm, peaceful, and free from panic at all time. Believing that every day is a new opportunity, a fresh start, and a chance for new blessings and provisions helps me keep going.

Lamentations 3:22-26
It is Jehovah’s lovingkindness
that we are not consumed,
for His compassions do not fail;
They are new every morning;
Great is Your faithfulness.
Jehovah is my portion, says my soul;
Therefore I hope in Him.
Jehovah is good to those who wait on Him,
to the soul that seeks Him.
It is good for one to hope,
and to do so in silence,
for the salvation of Jehovah.

是出於耶和華諸般的慈愛;
每早晨,這都是新的;
