Recipe: Scallion Toast 蔥捲吐司

Ingredients 食材

  • 1 pcs toast 吐司
  • 2 eggs 雞蛋
  • 100 ml milk 牛奶
  • scallion 蔥花 適量
  • butter 奶油 適量
  • salt 鹽 適量
  • mayonnaise 美乃滋 適量
  • pork floss 肉鬆 適量

Instructions 作法

  1. Mix eggs and milk into egg-milk liquid.
  2. Soak the toast in the egg and milk mixture for 3 minutes to allow the toast to absorb the egg and milk mixture.
  3. Dip the soaked toast surface with chopped green onions.
  4. Grease a hot frying pan with a proper amount of butter, put the toast in and fry on both sides over low heat until browned.
  5. Add some salt to season before serving. (optional)
  6. Squeeze mayonnaise on top, top with pork floss and roll up.
  1. 雞蛋、牛奶混合成蛋奶液。
  2. 吐司浸泡蛋奶液3分鐘,讓吐司吸收蛋奶液。
  3. 將浸泡過的吐司表面沾滿蔥花。
  4. 熱煎鍋塗上適量奶油,放入吐司以小火兩面煎至焦香。
  5. 起鍋前加點鹽調味即可。(可有可無)
  6. 擠上美乃滋,鋪上肉鬆捲起來即可。
