Recipe: Muffin (with Berry) 瑪芬 (莓果)

Ingredients 食材 (for 1 dozen)

  • 2 Cup Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • ½ tsp Salt 鹽
  • 1 Cup Sugar 糖
  • 1 Egg 蛋
  • 1⁄3 Cup Melted Butter 融化的奶油 (use cooking oil for low fat version)
  • ½ Cup Milk 牛奶
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream 酸奶油 (use plain non-Fat Yogurt for low fat verion)
  • 1 ½ Cup Berries 漿果/莓果 (Blueberry, cranberry...)
  • ½ Cup chopped Nuts 切碎的堅果

Instructions 作法

  1. Mix 2 cup flour, 1 Tbsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup sugar together
  2. Add 1 egg, 1⁄3 cup melted butter, ½ cup Milk, ½ cup sour Cream and stir until moistened
  3. Add 1 ½ cup berries and ½ cup chopped nuts. Stir them in
  4. Divide batter evenly into 12 muffins
  5. Sprinkle top with sugar or sugar/cinnamon if you like
  6. Bake 20-30 min at 400˚F.
  1. 將 2 杯麵粉、1 湯匙泡打粉、½ 茶匙鹽、1 杯糖混合在一起
  2. 加入 1 顆雞蛋、1⁄3 杯融化的奶油、½ 杯牛奶、½ 杯酸奶油,攪拌至濕潤
  3. 加入 1 ½ 杯莓果和 ½ 杯切碎的堅果。 把它們攪拌進去
