Ingredients 食材 (for 1 dozen)
- 2 Cup Flour 中筋麵粉
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
- ½ tsp Salt 鹽
- 1 Cup Sugar 糖
- 1 Egg 蛋
- 1⁄3 Cup Melted Butter 融化的奶油 (use cooking oil for low fat version)
- ½ Cup Milk 牛奶
- ½ Cup Sour Cream 酸奶油 (use plain non-Fat Yogurt for low fat verion)
- 1 ½ Cup Berries 漿果/莓果 (Blueberry, cranberry...)
- ½ Cup chopped Nuts 切碎的堅果
Instructions 作法
- Mix 2 cup flour, 1 Tbsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup sugar together
- Add 1 egg, 1⁄3 cup melted butter, ½ cup Milk, ½ cup sour Cream and stir until moistened
- Add 1 ½ cup berries and ½ cup chopped nuts. Stir them in
- Divide batter evenly into 12 muffins
- Sprinkle top with sugar or sugar/cinnamon if you like
- Bake 20-30 min at 400˚F.
