Ingredients 食材
- 1 squid 中卷
- 10 shrimps 草蝦, shelled 去殼
- 6 scallops 干貝
- 15 clams 蛤蜊, clean sand out of clams first 先吐沙
- cherry tomato 聖女番茄
- basil 九層塔
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic 蒜末
- 2 red hot pepper 紅辣椒
- olive oil 橄欖油
- spaghetti 義大利麵
- 1 Tbsp italian spices 義式綜合辛香料
Instructions 作法
- Cut up/prepare squid, shrimp, scallop. Set aside
- Stir fry clams until opened up, save the clam juice and clams
- Cook spaghetti for 7 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil, add garlic, basil and hot pepper, stir fry a little bit then add in cooked spaghetti, clam soup, clams, squids, scallops and italian spices. Mix well and serve.
- 切中卷、蝦仁、干貝乾煸出香味,備用。
- 蛤蜊入鍋炒至殼開,取蛤蜊湯及蛤蜊備用。
- 滾水鍋放入義大利麵滾煮 7 分鐘,取出備用
- 起鍋熱適量橄欖油,加入蒜末、九層塔、辣椒炒香,放入義大利麵、蛤蜊湯、蛤蜊、中卷、干貝、義式綜合辛香料翻炒均勻即完成。
