Ingredients 食材
- 30 g shallots 紅蔥頭
- 210 g onion 洋蔥
- 10 pieces dried tofu 豆乾
- 900 g ground pork 豬絞肉
- 1 package (12 or 16 oz) edamame 毛豆
- Seasonings 調味料:
- 3.5 Tbsp sweet Bean Sauce 甜麵醬
- 3.5 Tbsp fermented bean paste 豆瓣醬
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce paste 醬油膏
- 3.5 Tbsp soy sauce 醬油
- 1 Tbsp sugar 糖
- 1 Tbsp black vinegar 烏醋
- 150 ml water 水
- Half an onion (210g), diced
- 30 g shallots sliced thinly
- 10-15 pieces of dried tofu cut into cubes
- Add some olive oil to the pot, fry the dried tofu until golden brown, set aside
- Add some olive oil to the pot and sauté the shallots until brown, then add onions and sauté until golden brown, then add ground pork and sauté until ground pork are separated.
- Add seasonings, mix well, then add dried tofu, edamame and mix well
- Add 150 ml water, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes
- 半個洋蔥(210 g), 切丁
- 30 g 紅蔥頭切成薄片
- 10-15塊豆乾切成丁
- 鍋中加些橄欖油,先炒豆乾至金黃, 盛起備用
- 鍋中加些橄欖油, 炒紅蔥頭至褐色, 再加入洋蔥, 炒至金黃, 再加入絞肉炒至粒粒分明
- 加入調味料, 攪伴均勻, 再加入豆腐乾,毛豆伴勻
- 加入150 ml 水, 蓋鍋蓋小火燜煮20分鐘
