Ingredients
- Vietnamese rice paper
- Cooked Chicken breast
- Onion slices
- Scallion diced
- Tomato diced
- Butter
- Shredded cheese
- Egg
Instructions
- Spray some oil on a frying pan and add one Vietnamese rice paper.
- Add cooked chicken breast, shredded onion, chopped green onion, diced tomato, butter, and shredded cheese on top.
- Beat another egg and mix gently on the rice wrapper.
- Fry until the eggs are slightly solidified, then fold them in half. Take it out of the pan. If it is a bigger wrapper, cut it into small pieces.

- 越式生春捲皮(米紙)
- 熟雞胸肉
- 洋蔥絲
- 蔥花
- 番茄丁
- 奶油
- 起司絲
- 雞蛋
作法
- 平底鍋噴點油,放入生春捲皮。
- 再加入熟雞胸肉、洋蔥絲、蔥花、番茄丁、奶油、起司絲。
- 再打入一顆雞蛋,再春捲皮上輕輕拌勻。
- 煎至雞蛋略凝固後,對折起鍋切小塊即可。
