Recipe: Vietnamese Rice Paper Omelet 越式春捲皮蛋餅

Ingredients 食材

  • Vietnamese rice paper 越式生春捲皮(米紙)
  • Cooked Chicken breast 熟雞胸肉
  • Onion slices 洋蔥絲
  • Scallion diced 蔥花
  • Tomato diced 番茄丁
  • Butter 奶油
  • Shredded cheese 起司絲
  • Egg 雞蛋

Instructions 作法

  1. Spray some oil on a frying pan and add one Vietnamese rice paper.
  2. Add cooked chicken breast, shredded onion, chopped green onion, diced tomato, butter, and shredded cheese on top.
  3. Beat another egg and mix gently on the rice wrapper.
  4. Fry until the eggs are slightly solidified, then fold them in half. Take it out of the pan. If it is a bigger wrapper, cut it into small pieces.
  1. 平底鍋噴點油,放入生春捲皮。
  2. 再加入熟雞胸肉、洋蔥絲、蔥花、番茄丁、奶油、起司絲。
  3. 再打入一顆雞蛋,再春捲皮上輕輕拌勻。
  4. 煎至雞蛋略凝固後,對折起鍋切小塊即可。
