Some people pray to God for a long time but feel disheartened when they don’t receive the answers they hoped for, leading them to doubt and lose faith. I once read a helpful suggestion: write down your prayer requests in a notebook, one by one. When you look back after some time, you may be surprised to see how many of those prayers have actually been answered. Our God is a God who hears and responds to prayer. So cast all your anxieties on Him, trusting in His care. Remember, God’s thoughts are higher than ours, and His answers may not always come in the way we expect. Sometimes, His responses go far beyond what we can imagine—so don’t overlook the answers that may be hidden in His greater plan. 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us:
- God is concerned for our well-being and that we can trust Him to provide for our needs.
- Instead of dwelling on our problems, we should release them to God, knowing that He is capable of handling them.
- By trusting in God's care, we can find peace and assurance in the midst of life's challenges.
1 Peter 5:7
Cast all your anxiety on him
because he cares for you.
