Ingredients 食材
- 1 lb Salmon 鮭魚
- 1 Tbsp cooking wine 料酒
- Dash of salt 鹽
- 3 cloves of garlic 大蒜
- 1 bunch of scallion 蔥
- 2 tsp sugar 糖
- 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce 醬油
- 3 Tbsp oil 油
Instructions 作法
- Marinated 1 lb of Salmon in a shallow dish with 1 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine, dash of salt for both sides for at least 15 minutes.
- Diced 3 cloves of garlic, julienne 1 bunch of green scallion diagonally.
- Mix 2 tsp sugar and 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Put some thin slices of ginger on top and bottom of salmon. Cover salmon dish with plastic wrap (leave some opening so the steam can escape).
- Microwave salmon for 4 minutes. After done, remove plastic wrap and excess juices from the plate.
- Heat up 3 Tbsp oil. Once oil getting hot, put in garlic and scallion, stirring and don’t let it got burned.
- Right away adding in soy sauce and sugar mixture, stir a little bit and then turn off the heat.
- Drizzle the sauce on top of the salmon and serve.

- 立即加入醬油和糖的混合醬料,稍微攪拌一下,然後關火。
- 將醬汁淋在鮭魚上即可食用。
