Recipe: Microwaved Salmon 微波鮭魚

Ingredients 食材

  • 1 lb Salmon 鮭魚
  • 1 Tbsp cooking wine 料酒
  • Dash of salt 鹽
  • 3 cloves of garlic 大蒜
  • 1 bunch of scallion 蔥
  • 2 tsp sugar 糖
  • 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce 醬油
  • 3 Tbsp oil 油

Instructions 作法

  1. Marinated 1 lb of Salmon in a shallow dish with 1 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine, dash of salt for both sides for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Diced 3 cloves of garlic, julienne 1 bunch of green scallion diagonally.
  3. Mix 2 tsp sugar and 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Put some thin slices of ginger on top and bottom of salmon. Cover salmon dish with plastic wrap (leave some opening so the steam can escape).
  5. Microwave salmon for 4 minutes. After done, remove plastic wrap and excess juices from the plate.
  6. Heat up 3 Tbsp oil. Once oil getting hot, put in garlic and scallion, stirring and don’t let it got burned.
  7. Right away adding in soy sauce and sugar mixture, stir a little bit and then turn off the heat.
  8. Drizzle the sauce on top of the salmon and serve.

  3. 將 2 茶匙糖和 1.5 湯匙醬油放入小碗中混合。
  4. 在鮭魚的上面和下面放一些薑薄片。用保鮮膜蓋住鮭魚(留一些開口,以便蒸氣逸出)。
  5. 將鮭魚放入微波爐加熱 4 分鐘。完成後,移掉保鮮膜和多餘的汁。
  6. 加熱 3 湯匙油。油熱後,放入蒜和蔥,翻炒,別燒焦。
  7. 立即加入醬油和糖的混合醬料,稍微攪拌一下,然後關火。
  8. 將醬汁淋在鮭魚上即可食用。
