Recipe: Apple Square 蘋果方塊

Original recipe (原版食譜): From my co-worker Beth. Simple, easy and delicious.

Ingredients 食材

  • ¼ Cup melted shortening or oil 油或融化的起酥油
  • 1 Cup Sugar (or I only use ½ C sugar) 糖 (½ 杯-1 杯)
  • 1 Egg 蛋
  • ½ Cup Walnuts - chopped 碎核桃
  • 3 Apples - peeled, cored, sliced 蘋果去皮、去核、切片
  • 1 Cup flour 中筋麵粉
  • ½ tsp baking powder 泡打粉
  • ½ tsp baking soda 小蘇打粉
  • ¼ tsp salt 鹽
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 肉桂粉

Instructions 作法

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine and mix well ¼ C oil, ½ C sugar, 1 egg
  3. Stir in 3 apples and ½ C walnuts
  4. Mix all dry ingredients (1 C flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon)
  5. Add to apple mixture, mix thoroughly with wooden spoon or spatula
  6. Pour into greased 9x9 pan, baked 30-45 min

  2. 攪拌均勻 1/4 杯油、1/2 杯糖、1 顆雞蛋
  3. 加入 3 顆蘋果和 ½ 杯核桃,攪拌均勻

  5. 加入蘋果混合物中,用木勺或抹刀充分混合
  6. 倒入已抹油的 9x9 烤盆中,烘烤 30-45 分鐘

  • You can also use muffin pan to bake. 您也可以使用鬆餅盤來烘烤。
