Recipe: Chicken casserole 西式焗烤雞燉菜

It’s a quick, easy and delicious dish. It is also a great way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken or Thanksgiving roasted turkey.

Ingredients 食材

  • 4 cups (more or less) chicken, cooked and chopped 煮熟並切碎雞肉
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup 雞粒奶油湯或蘑菇奶油湯罐頭
  • 8 oz sour cream 酸奶油
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted 融化無鹽奶油
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds 罌粟籽
  • 1½ sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed 餅乾壓碎

Instructions 作法

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread chopped cooked chicken into prepared pan.
  3. Combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Spread on top of chicken.
  4. Combine crushed crackers, poppy seeds and melted butter, sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered 25 minutes.
