Ingredients
- 15 g Soaked shiitake mushrooms
- Dry shrimp
- 300 g Shredded pork
- 250 g Cooked Rice
- 1200 ml Broth or water
- Seasonings: soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, white pepper, sweet potato starch
Instructions
- Add a little soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, white pepper, and sweet potato starch to the shredded meat and mix well.
- Stir-fry shredded shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimp in a pot, then add broth or water and cooked white rice. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the marinated shredded meat to the pot and mix well. It's then ready to serve.

食材
- 15 克 泡發香菇絲
- 蝦皮
- 300 克 肉絲
- 250 克 白米飯
- 1200 ml 高湯或水
- 調味料: 醬油, 糖, 米酒, 白胡椒, 地瓜粉
作法
- 肉絲加少許醬油、糖、米酒、白胡椒、地瓜粉,攪拌均勻。
- 香菇絲加適量蝦皮,至鍋中拌炒,再加入高湯或水以及熟白飯,中火煮 10 分鐘。
- 放入醃好的肉絲,在鍋中拌勻。即可盛出食用。
