Ingredients

  • 15 g Soaked shiitake mushrooms
  • Dry shrimp
  • 300 g Shredded pork
  • 250 g Cooked Rice
  • 1200 ml Broth or water
  • Seasonings: soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, white pepper, sweet potato starch

Instructions

  1. Add a little soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, white pepper, and sweet potato starch to the shredded meat and mix well.
  2. Stir-fry shredded shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimp in a pot, then add broth or water and cooked white rice. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the marinated shredded meat to the pot and mix well. It's then ready to serve.

食材

  • 15 克 泡發香菇絲
  • 蝦皮
  • 300 克 肉絲
  • 250 克 白米飯
  • 1200 ml 高湯或水
  • 調味料: 醬油, 糖, 米酒, 白胡椒, 地瓜粉

作法

  1. 肉絲加少許醬油、糖、米酒、白胡椒、地瓜粉,攪拌均勻。
  2. 香菇絲加適量蝦皮,至鍋中拌炒,再加入高湯或水以及熟白飯,中火煮 10 分鐘。
  3. 放入醃好的肉絲,在鍋中拌勻。即可盛出食用。
