A few days after celebrating Thanksgiving, I was overcome by a sudden wave of sadness. I am deeply missing and thinking about my family. This feeling, however, reminds me that cultivating gratitude and praise is the best way to overcome depression and worries. I have found a few bible verses to inspire myself, and I hope they prove helpful to you as well.

Many people went through a lot of difficulties in 2020. It seems like it is hard to emerge from the bottomless abyss. But God says that when you call on me, I will answer you, I will encourage you (Psalm 138:3); I will let your heart rejoice, and your soul be happy (Psalm 16:9); and I will accomplish everything beyond what you ask and imagine (Ephesians 3:20). May God bless you! And may these verses lift you up and help you through all of life's challenges.
2020 年，許多人經歷了許多磨難。彷彿難以從無底的深淵中掙脫出來。但上帝說，當你呼求我時，我必應允你；我必安慰你（詩篇138:3）；我必使你的心歡喜，你的靈快樂（詩篇16:9）；我必成就一切，超過你所求所想（弗3:20）。願上帝祝福你！願這些經文激勵你，幫助你度過人生中所有的挑戰。
