Sometimes when we are in distress and don’t know how to pray, the words in the Psalm can be a template for our prayers.
有時候當我們在困苦之際不知道如何禱告，詩篇的辭句可以是我們禱告的範本。
Psalm 4:1
Answer me when I call to you,
my righteous God.
Give me relief from my distress;
have mercy on me and hear my prayer.
詩篇: 4:1
顯我為義的神啊，
我呼籲的時候，求你應允我！
我在困苦中，你曾使我寬廣；
現在求你憐恤我，聽我的禱告！
Lord's prayer. 這是主的禱告
Matthew 6:10-13
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power
and the glory forever. Amen.
