I know how powerless and exhausted can be for those struggling with depression and anxiety felt. Many people suffer those mental illnesses and fight hard against them everyday. 2 Corinthians 12:9 comes to my mind. I hope we all can draw strength from this verse. God’s grace is sufficient for us. His power is made perfect in our weakness.
我知道那些因抑鬱和焦慮苦苦掙扎的人，常常感到多麼無力和精疲力盡。 有許多人每天都遭受這些精神疾病的折磨。這讓我想到了哥林多後書12:9。 我希望我們都能從這節經文中汲取力量。上帝的恩典是夠我們用的，祂的力量 是在我們的軟弱上顯得完全。
2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me,
“My grace is sufficient for you,
for my power
is made perfect in weakness.”
Therefore I will boast
all the more gladly
about my weaknesses,
so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
歌林多後書 12:9
他對我說：
我的恩典夠你用的，
因為我的能力
是在人的軟弱上
顯得完全。
所以，
我更喜歡誇自己的軟弱，
好叫基督的能力覆庇我。
