How to pick a papaya? A delicious papaya is oblong in shape, with a yellow end and a green-yellow stem. The peel is nice and clean without rottenness, with the fragrance of papaya, the heavier ones are better. Nutritional value of papaya: Papaya is rich in dietary fiber, protein and vitamins, and is low in calories. It also has papaya enzyme that helps digestion and a large amount of natural antioxidant beta carotene.
如何挑選木瓜? 好吃的木瓜外型呈長橢圓狀,尾端黃色,果柄綠中帶黃。果皮光華潔淨沒有腐壞,帶著木瓜清香,以較重者為佳。木瓜的營養價值: 木瓜含有豐富膳食纖維、蛋白質與維生素等,而且熱量低,還有幫助消化的木瓜酵素,與大量的天然抗氧化劑β胡蘿蔔素。

Ingredients 食材

  • 120 g papaya木瓜
  • 150 cc (0.63 Cup) milk 牛奶
  • ice and sugar 冰塊和糖

Instructions 作法

  1. Put 120g papaya, 150 cc fresh milk, ice cubes and sugar into a blender to blend until smoothly. For two people, double the portion using 240 g papaya and 300 cc milk.
